Water Main Replacement
How much does water main replacement cost?
Most domestic water main replacements are carried out at £90 per metre from the boundary stop valve to the internal stop valve. We provide a clear, fixed price before work begins — no surprises.
Will you dig up my driveway?
In most cases, no. We use trenchless moling technology which only requires small excavations at the boundary and entry point. Your driveway, patio, or garden typically remains completely untouched.
Are you approved to carry out water main work?
Yes. We are WIAPS approved contractors and Thames Water approved. All installations are certified and meet current Water Regulations. Certification is provided on completion.
How long does a water main replacement take?
Most domestic replacements are completed within a day or two. The moling process is significantly faster than traditional trenching, which means less time on site and less disruption to you.

Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, we provide comprehensive warranties on all our workmanship. The length of warranty varies by service:
- Electrical Work: 6 months to 1 year
- Plumbing Work: 6 months to 1 year
- Drainage Work: 6 months to 1 year
- No-Dig Repairs: 2-5 years (depending on method)
- Parts and Materials: Manufacturer warranty applies
All warranties are provided in writing and exclude fair wear and tear.
